The Orange County Public Law Library is located in the center of  the Santa Ana Civic Center Plaza, building #32. Cross streets are Civic Center Drive to the north and Santa Ana Boulevard to the south. The library entrance is located on the east side of Flower Street.  The Law Library is easily accessible from all major freeways in central Orange County.

            DIRECTIONS:

• From the 5 freeway north or south, exit on First Street. Drive west approximately 1 mile to Flower Street. Turn right on Flower. Drive north to the intersection of Flower Street and 6th Street. Turn right into the marked parking area. Walk upstairs to the Civic Center Plaza level to the main entrance of the Library.
• From the 91 freeway east or west, exit at the 57 freeway interchange southbound.  Drive south on the 57 freeway to the 5 freeway, and exit on Broadway. Continue southbound on Broadway until you reach Civic Center Drive. Turn right on Civic Center Drive. Drive west on Civic Center Drive to Flower Street. Turn left on Flower. At Flower and Sixth Streets, turn left, into the parking lot. The Law Library is located up on the plaza level beside this parking area.
• From the 22 freeway, exit on The City Drive southbound. Continue on The City Drive to Memory Lane. Turn left on Memory Lane. Turn right on Bristol Street. Drive south on Bristol to Santa Ana Boulevard. Turn left on Santa Ana Boulevard, then turn left on Flower Street. Turn right into the parking lot. The Law Library is located up on the plaza level beside this parking area.
• From the 57 freeway southbound, drive to the 5 freeway interchange southbound and exit on Broadway. Drive south on Broadway to Civic Center Drive. Turn right on Civic Center Drive. Turn left on Flower Street. Turn left into the parking lot at Flower and Sixth Streets. The Law Library is located up on the plaza level beside this parking area.
• From the 55 freeway north or southbound, exit on Fourth Street in Tustin. Drive west on Fourth Street to Ross Street.  Turn right on Ross Street to Santa Ana Boulevard. Turn left on to Santa Ana Boulevard, continue westward on Santa Ana Boulevard, then turn right on Flower Street. Turn right into the parking lot at Flower and Sixth Streets. The Law Library is located up on the plaza level beside this parking area.

PARKING

Nearby parking is available at the Civic Center parking lot (which includes the State building, Santa Ana City Hall and the Superior Courthouse) located at the intersection of Flower Street and 6th Street. The cost is $1.00 for each half-hour or fraction of a half-hour up to $15.00. Parking fees are collected Monday through Saturday. The parking lot remains open until 12:30 a.m. Monday through Friday and on Saturday until 5:30 p.m. 

Less expensive parking is also available farther away from the Law Library. You may park in the parking structure at the west end of 6th Street on the north side. The Law Library is approximately two blocks from this parking structure. The cost is 50 cents for each half-hour or fraction of a half-hour up to $8.00.

DISABLED LIBRARY USERS

Disabled patrons may use the Library's entrance on the parking lot level. This entrance is located on the west side of the Library. Take the elevator to the third floor (the main floor) of the library building.  This entrance is not wheelchair accessible to the Civic Center Plaza or State or Federal buildings due to steps.
