There are two conference rooms available for public use at the Library. These rooms may be reserved by any group, organization, attorney licensed to practice law by a state or federal bar, or any Orange County Public Law Library borrower/card holder. Suggested uses for these rooms include, but are not limited to, meetings, classes or workshops, by library organizations, charitable organizations, government agencies, judicial bodies, bar associations, or accredited educational institutions.
FEE SCHEDULE FOR USE OF CONFERENCE ROOMS
Conference Room B $15.00 per hour*
Conference Room A $10.00 per hour*
*Includes equipment setup and use.
Conference room A: This is a smaller room and can accommodate 10-12 people. This room has internet access.
Conference room B: This large room accommodates up to 40 people and is furnished with tables and chairs. The room offers a digital projector, pull down projector screen, and internet access.
The library also offers for use in either room one audio cabinet featuring a 36" television and a vhs/dvd player-recorder.
A reservation for Conference Rooms must be made by completing the Reservation Conference Room/Policy Form and by paying the fee stated in the current fee schedule. The fee payment must be made by check or cash prior to the actual use of the room and is non-refundable.
