Configuration Management Analyst
Looking for experienced analyst to use commercial tool(s) to automate configuration
management. Working knowledge of Software Configuration Management as defined
in the Software Engineering Institute's Capability Maturity Model (CMM) is
required. In addition, experience in working with IT personnel to establish
procedures that safeguard the integrity of software is required. Bachelor's
Degree in computer science or equivalent experience is expected. Technical
presentation and training skills are a must, as are good customer service
and communication skills, both written and verbal. Must have the ability to
handle multiple assignments concurrently in a fast paced environment. Should
be familiar with Microsoft Office products and have a minimum of 2 years participation
in software projects. Responsibilities include, but are not be limited to
the following: Use commercial tool to automate configuration management for
IT groups; Work with the technical groups to prepare configuration management
procedures; Conduct training sessions about configuration management procedures.
OPERATIONS
Facilities Engineer
Minimum 2 years in a Data Center or related environment. Basic knowledge of
CAD system is required and knowledge of Bentley software is a plus. Candidate
must have excellent organizational and communication skills. Also must have
a strong background with Microsoft Office products such as Access, Project
Manager, PowerPoint and Excel. Duties will include providing all the hardware
support, including configurations for equipment, in the Data Center. Provides
planning and installation of new equipment and de-installation of old equipment.
Responsible for facility design engineering, repair coordination, and follow
up. Interfaces with users, vendors, and contractors on all facility matters.
Senior or Lead level supervises warehouse and courier staff of six. Trains
operations staff on new procedures.
