Business Plan and Organizational Chart

Like other Orange County departments and agencies, the Orange County Probation Department prepares an annual Business Plan as directed by the County Executive Office and Orange County Board of Supervisors. The document provides a look back at what the department was able to accomplish in the previous year and and a look at what it expects to achieve in the current year. This and other Business Plans also provide measures of accountability, so that the public can determine if an agency is accomplishing what is expected of it.

Orange County Probation’s Business Plan also provides an overview of department services and up-to-date statistical information on the clientele served.
